ATRONOX is a fabrication and design lab based in Tangalle — turning sketches, files, and half-formed ideas into real, working objects for students, startups, and businesses across Sri Lanka.
ATRONOX started the way most small workshops do — with a problem we couldn't stop thinking about. As engineering graduates, we kept running into the same wall: great ideas, nowhere to make them real. Local fabrication was slow, overpriced for small runs, or simply out of reach for students and indie builders.
So we built the lab we wished existed. One FDM printer, a second-hand CNC, and a rented room. Our first 50 jobs came from engineering students in 2023 — all delivered on time, all at prices that made sense.
Today we run a fully equipped fabrication lab in Tangalle with professional-grade 3D printers, laser and CNC engravers, and an in-house PCB design workflow. We serve engineering faculties, startups, and businesses across Sri Lanka.
The mission hasn't changed: make professional fabrication accessible to anyone with a vision — whether that's a final-year student or a five-person product team.
